Really impressed by the aesthetic presented at Magnolia in both their decor and the way they present their food and drink. I ordered a lavender tea latte and was blown away by how cute the tray it comes on looks. There's a cup with a hole at the top through which stands a paper sprout from the top of the tea bag. A very creative idea that makes the drink taste good before it even hits my lips! It was not very sweet which I appreciated and had just a hint of lavender though I would've liked just a bit more.
Love the continuity between the inside and the outside, brings in a lot of light which is needed given how dark inside is. Really going for the European vibes. Great study spot or date spot! -

I visited Magnolias on 2 occasions within the same week.
My first visit I ordered a Matcha Latte which wasn't good, but I can deal with that as matcha is hard to get right in many coffee shops consistently.
What was really annoying was on my next visit I went out on a limb and ordered a cold brew float.
Being that it was called a float I expected a fizzy float like Coffee drink with ice cream. This could have been achieved by adding nitro cold brew to a cup with a scoop of ice cream, or by mixing a shot of espresso with sparkling water then adding a scoop of ice cream. Instead they served me a cup with 50% ice cream and 10% cold brew and called it a float. Only adds up to 60% because that's how full the cup was.
While I like the decor and the downtown view on the patio, I will need a break before I return to try something new, as my first two drink experiences here were underwhelming.
I also couldn't get the WiFi to work well for me, but it might just have been a bad time.
2 stars for the drinks +1 for the decor -

I'm such a fan of the turmeric latte, it was pretty bomb and had a nice kick. The spice wasn't overpowering at all. The barista went a little too happy with the milk so it overflowed a bit when she served it.
Parking can be a bit of an issue since the cafe located in downtown Dallas. It might be better to come on the weekend. -

Definitely worth the stop if you live in Dallas or if you're visiting. They have an awesome menu with lots of variety. The inside is spacious and decorated perfectly. I went with an Irish cream iced latte and it was delicious. Service was super fast and the woman we was taking orders at the counter was very friendly and helped me and my friends with suggestions. All of my friends really enjoyed their cold brew and regular coffee. They have a few sandwich options if you come hungry. If I lived in the area I'd definitely frequent this place. Lots of tables to get work done or to meet friends. So glad we stopped in!

Magnolias is a slightly more fancy coffee shop than your casual cafe downtown Dallas. It's in a swanky office building and is kept very clean. You order in the front and seat yourself in one of the many tables or couches in the space. I ordered a latte and it was well brewed!
